Submissions

To submit to our gallery you must be a member, your deviation must fit the theme of our club (that means Fantasy!), and send us a note with subject Gallery Submission!

We reserved the right to not answer notes with incorrect subject lines.

In your note give us these infos : link + Thumb of your deviation.

Only 1 submission per week!

Any Media are allowed.

Your submission must the theme of our club (fantasy).

We ask also that your creation could have at least a basic quality level (we do not ask too much hehe^^).

Of course you should respect dA rules and common courtesy copyrights and credit your resources!

We do not accept ID's or Scraps!

DO NOT submit BEFORE being approved as a member!

(You can add the same way thumbs to your notes!
Please take n consideration that non-subscribers can add the thumbnail but it will be viewable only by subscribers. So add it to your notes!)

Giving Credit in Submissions

Also, please make sure that if you are submitting a photomanipulation you have the proper credits in the Artist's comments section of your piece. We know that some of you are new to DA and we would like to help, so below is an example of what we mean :
